What Is My Blog?

My intention for this blog is to share what I know that helped me make life better, but I haven’t been able to narrow down the focus to convey what exactly this blog is about. Firstly, I’m not one to shout out from the rooftops that I have a blog or write, so I don’t talk about it much to zero in on its theme. Thankfully, I’m getting better with that. I’m putting it out there and sharing it on Facebook. That’s a start!

Yet, I fumble to explain what this blog is about. I need to simplify an answer to describe it clearly. If I were writing about dogs or clocks, that would be simple! Oh dear, my Gemini sign is haunting me! The twins like two different things!

So, I came up with a few ideas.  I’d love your input to figure out which one is most accurate. Or if you have a better idea, please let me know.

  1. I affect people positively. (It’s too broad.)
  2. I want to stretch your mind. (Do I think we’re made of Play-Doh?)
  3. Open Up Your Mind.  (Makes me sound like a cult leader.)
  4. Creative Life Ideas.  (Good, but what kind of ideas? It’s not clear.)

As fate would have it, I watched a recorded Drew Barrymore Show from 3/24/23  and heard this, “It’s not a show, we’re figuring out how to live a life here, and that’s why I love being here every day.”

I thought, yeah, that’s what I’m doing too. I like to think I’m figuring out how to live a happy, meaningful life, but I also want to share curious ideas to help us appreciate what we have.

I’ve read many self-help/personal development books, some made my head swell from the information. I want this blog to be easy to digest with helpful, hopeful words and some fun since I have a good sense of humor.

Life is a series of events we move through, and we can build a beautiful existence by having the right tools and knowledge at our disposal. Did you ever do something and didn’t have the right tool, which made the job so much more complicated? It’s happened to me a few times. That’s when we buy the right tool and always have it on hand for the next time we need it. Working on improving life is just that – having the right tools to do it.

Thank you very much for reading this. I appreciate everyone who reads my words and wish you nothing but the very best in life.

To Your Full Toolbox,

Francesca
